The Fellowship has announced the launch of its very first barber-focused project, The Barber Project, which will be a year-long course dedicated solely to the craft of barbering.
The new initiative is designed for hairdressers looking to improve their barbering skills, those looking to move into the field or newly qualified barbers looking to learn from the best in the industry.
A year will see participants cover all aspects of men’s hairdressing, right down to the core barbering skills of clipper work and wet shaving. The project will build up to stage time at Salon International 2019 where students will showcase what they have learnt throughout the year of workshops taught by experts.
Barbering is big business, but while services are growing, work still needs to be done in the skills department so this is where the Fellowship steps in. With the launch of the project the Fellowship hopes to celebrate the mastery of the craft and help create a new generation of inspiring barbers.
