Think about what your service ratio in your salon, are you going to have a long list of blonde maintenance to deal with alongside potential colour corrections? Appeal to your current and potential guests’ needs.

We know that home hair colour sales have rocketed and there’s likely to be some disasters or damaged hair to deal with, what’s your strategy for these guests?

Mental wellbeing

Many people will have struggled with lockdown, hairdressers are at the heart of the community and relied on by many for friendship, advice and general human contact. Think about how you will tackle conversations with guests when they return to the salon.
