Step 1

Start with lightly curled hair – we’ve used the ROD XXL

Step 2

Section hair as shown here

Step 3

Make a ponytail and twist to make a rope

Step 4

Secure with a band

Step 5

Twist in a bun and secure with a bobby pin

Step 6

Secure well, this is your base

Step 7

Take a section of hair and pin it to the bun

Step 8

Continue taking sections, size depending on thickness of hair. Pin onto the base bun

Step 9

The front should be the last section. Use last sections to hide away pins

Step 10

Done! This hairdo is extremely versatile; if you want, you can easily create a messier look by pulling a bit of hair out from the finished bun.
