“JLo’s textural bob looked amazing! She just can’t do anything wrong. Her hair always looks amazing. The length and texture here is just pure perfection, it complements her bone structure and her colour enhances her skin tone and complexion. Although this is a wig, her bronze blonde is probably one of the most sought after hair colours these days; commercial and also commitment free. Ideal for my beautiful guests.”

A post shared by BILLIE EILISH (@billieeilish)

“In the months following Billie’s transformation from a black and green alternative style to a more commercial bleach blonde shag I had so many clients coming in with her photo as their inspiration. Although Billie’s style has been influential for the past few years her previous look may have been a bit too daring for the average client. Her new look is much more wearable just with an edgy twist it seems to be exactly what my clients are after, it means they can retain the length of their hair whilst still feeling like they’re having a big change with the introduction of a fringe and more layers.”
Annabel Payne, TONI&GUY, Salisbury

“Billie Eilish’s colour transformation was without a doubt the biggest wow of the year! Her Instagram image went viral in a matters of minutes and the hairdressing world became obsessed over how she went from the green and black to blonde. TikTok was inundated with videos showing the steps her colourist had to go through. Her new look is iconic and shows another side of Billie’s personality!”

A post shared by Maya Jama (@mayajama)

“Maya Jama has been huge this year, with major TV appearances, flawless red carpet appearances and loads of gorgeous hair looks. She absolutely inspires our clients with her cool, London-girl take on glam and transformations from curly to straight and everything in between. We applied Maya’s Gold Class extensions, using 50cm in a bespoke texture to blend perfectly with her natural hair. For us, hair extensions have always been an essential part of transformations – allowing clients to change up their look and add additional length, volume or even colour with a healthy finish.”

A post shared by Taylor LaShae (@taylorlashae)

“The most influential look of the year that we have been seeing in the salon has to be
Taylor Lashae’s French bob. It’s such a beautiful and versatile cut as it works in so many ways – with or without a fringe, jaw length, just under jaw length or lip length, and is suitable for all hair types. It’s truly effortless and is the new ‘cool girl’ look!”

A post shared by DUA LIPA (@dualipa)

“Red has been red hot at TH1 Hair in recent months, inspired firstly by Dua Lipa’s strawberry-hued hair back in September, and most recently, Gigi Hadid’s dazzling shade of auburn for the Met Gala. Red is always a winner – especially for the autumn/winter months; its fiery connotations are a perfect match to the season of log fires and autumn leaves, however the beauty of this shade is that it can transform any style, adding some serious ‘wow’ along the way. Both Dua Lipa and Gigi are of course leaders when it comes to switching up their style, but the reason this look has been so popular with our clients is that this is what I call ‘real red’; it’s a deeper shade than a copper red, but lighter than auburn. Clients with a warmer skin tone will suit reds in more cinnamon, copper and ruby tones, while clients with cooler skin tones will suit berry, burgundy and crimson tones more. As a rule I say the darker the skin the deeper the shade, and the lighter the skin the softer, more sheer the shade. This global burnt copper hue from my Craft collection above, is, for me, the perfect complement to the celebrity requests we have in-salon: rich, deep and luxurious, it screams autumn/winter, and can be tailor-made to suit the needs of each client, allowing you to make it as muted or intense as their new season heart’s desire.”
