JOICO is proud to announce that award-winning stylist Richard Mannah is joining the healthy hair brand as International Guest Artistic Director. Mannah successfully headlined JOICO Global Destination Education in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic earlier this year. He is already hard at work on some top-secret projects for JOICO as part of his new role. The stylist and cutter has a core understanding of colour palettes, and is perfectly suited to help evolve education and training curriculums for the brand. As part of his work with JOICO, Mannah will also serve as a brand spokesperson.
As a New York based hair creative, Richard is a world-class, ground-breaking educator. With his charismatic personality, creative ability and enthusiastic teaching style, he consistently provides an abundance of inspiration to both aspiring and experienced talent. He comes to JOICO with over 25 years of experience in the hair industry that includes a leadership role at Toni & Guy London and spans across three continents. His credits include London Hairdresser of the Year 2011/2012 (British Hairdressing Awards), being a part of the Australian F.A.M.E. Team for the Fellowship for British Hairdressing, and working on NY and London Fashion Week projects for Vivienne Westwood, Tommy Hilfiger, and Vera Wang. His work has been published in major publications such as Elle, British Vogue.
