The beautifully designed Goldwell Gift Boxes have been inspired by the expressive and flowing ice sculptures formed in winter, a timeless expression of movement, yet captured in a moment in time. The colour of the boxes is Goldwell’s colour of the year for 2023, Cherry Pop. This dynamic, digital-ready red shade embodies excitement, passion and seduction. The colour is both fiery and flirty, a deep, rich warm red scandalized with a cool pink shock to create the vibrant cherry tone.

KMS
This year KMS has collaborated with street artist Alana McDowell who has created custom artwork that celebrates winter’s individuality and the joy of the season.
“I wanted first and foremost to create an illustration that felt striking. For me this meant taking the KMS colour palette and maximising it in a way that felt celebratory. It was really important to capture the joy of the season in a design that feels incredibly festive, without the Christmas cliches. The bright and sweeping elements across the design pay homage to smooth and flowing locks of hair, while the feathery lines which wind their way across the illustration reference the way in which frost grows in beautiful feather-like patterns as the temperatures drop.” Alana McDowell, Street Art Artist.

CLIMATE OFF-SET PROGRAM
All of the Wonder of Winter Gift Sets support a wind farm in northern Morocco with 40 wind turbines, providing a total capacity of 120 MW.
This project makes an important contribution to reducing the share of fossil fuel-based electricity in Morocco and helps decrease the country’s 95 % dependence on imported coal, oil products, and natural gas.
In addition to reducing green-house gas emissions another main objective of the project is to strengthen the role of women in local communities by improving their social and economic situation (“W+ standard” award).
