The hub provides clients with advice and tips from the team at the salon, allowing them to be able to look after their hair, nails and skin care at home until their next appointment.
A new tab on the KAM Hair and Body Spa website, the Isolation Hub not only includes tips and advice from the team on hair, nails and skin care, but also includes a link through to the KAM Online Shop, where clients can purchase their hair and beauty products easily and have these delivered straight to their door, as well as Gift Vouchers button, where clients can click through to order gift vouchers for future appointments or as gifts to help support the salon through this uncertain time.
Karen, Owner of KAM Hair and Body Spa, wanted to launch the new hub in order ‘to support each other through isolation’ and to keep connected with clients at all times and give them something nice and uplifting to read, which could help them indulge and practise self-care at home. Not only is the hub promoted via the KAM social media platforms but it’s also promoted via newsletter to clients, where each time the hub is updated, clients are informed of the new articles and information that have been uploaded onto the hub with links to access them immediately.
Karen commented, “Putting together this hub was so important for us to continue to constantly communicate with our clients. We wanted to put together a handy quide where our clients could come for hair and beauty tips and advice, but also include information on ways they could support the salon whilst it’s closed, including by purchasing gift vouchers and leaving us salon reviews. Supporting each other at this time is so important.”
