With plenty of celebrities recently setting the pace, two-toned colour looks have certainly been making their presence felt. To ensure this trend is executed successfully, it’s crucial to have a clear division between shades – whether that be top and bottom, side to side or front to back.
STEP 1: PRE-LIGHTEN
Formula: SYSTEM BLONDE Ultra-Lifting Powder lightner + VITAPLEX Part 01 Bond Protector + CREME DEVELOPER 6% 20VOL
STEP 2: GLOBAL COLOUR – 45 MINUTES DEVELOPMENT TIME
Formula: 160g INFINITI 8.444 + 80g INFINITI 7.43 + 20g INTENSIVES 0.4 + KITOKO Protein Additive + 360g CREME DEVELOPER 3% 10VOL
Method: Rinse well, shampoo with MODE ColourCare and towel dry. Apply VITAPLEX 02 Bond Reconstructor, leave on for ten minutes and rinse.
STEP 3: BASE BREAK
Formula: 25g INFINITI 9.34 + 37g CREME DEVELOPER 6% 20VOL + KITOKO Protein Additive
STEP 4: RE-COLOUR SECTIONS – 45 MINUTES DEVELOPMENT TIME
Formula: 60g INFINITI Metallics MCR + 10g INTENSIVES 0.4 + 70g CONVERTER + KITOKO Protein Additive
Method: Rinse well, shampoo and condition with KITOKO Oil Treatment Cleanser & Balm and towel dry.
STEP 5: STYLING
Products used: KITOKO Oil Treatment + KITOKO ARTE Volumising Souffle + MODE Salt Spray
