Join Jo and fellow retreat guests at Can Shanti, the Reset Retreat’s luxurious home nestled among the stunning Ibizan countryside, for days of yoga, mindfulness and business sessions by the pool. Also, for the more adventurous, there are options of kayaking and hiking in the hills through one of the most picturesque locations in Ibiza.
“I have always loved going on yoga retreats, and after several bouts of burnout and crippling anxiety, I came to realise how taking time out to daydream and stretch in the sun had a direct and positive impact on my business,” says Jo. “Every single time I went away, my confidence grew, and, in turn, my business levelled up. I was unaware of what to expect, but the communication leading up to the event was fantastic, including a full itinerary, some pre-retreat homework and a short introduction to the rest of the attendees in the group.
