With an aim of giving back to the industry through supporting the future generation of hairdressers, Carolyn’s first stop has been the Elaje Hair and Beauty Salon in Cambridge. Combining practical sessions, theory and demonstrations under the three learning pillars – Confidence, Create, Consistency – the educational sessions have focused on client care, professionalism, communication skills and delivering quality hair through colour, cuts and styling.
