BAFTA 2024 Celebrity Hair Looks

Last Sunday saw the much-anticipated return of the BAFTAs, and this meant just one thing… an absolute abundance of glitzy and glamorous red carpet hair looks! We sat down with Jenny Cho, the super stylist behind Carey Mulligan’s elegant side-swept hair, to find out exactly how she created one of our favourite looks of the night.

1. Start by applying a smoothing product on towel-dried hair, drawing a side parting before sectioning off the hair from the nape.
2. Blow-dry the hair with the BaByliss PRO Falco Advanced Professional High-Speed Digital Hair Dryer, using the nozzle attachment to smooth the airflow with a medium-sized round brush.
3. Once the hair is completely dry, start from the front on the heavy side and curl the hair backwards to create a wave with the BaByliss PRO Titanium Expression 38 mm curling tong. It’s a perfect-sized iron for a very loose curl, so the result feels incredibly relaxed.
4. Once the hair is waved, let it cool down and break up the strands. Create a relaxed, undone look with a little styling cream.
5. Lastly, lock in the final polished finish with some hairspray.
