Are you going to Schwarzkopf Professional’s BHA 2021 Tour?

The British Hairdressing Awards, sponsored by Schwarzkopf Professional, is a celebration of the creativity and craftsmanship of hairdressing. Each year, winners are named across regional and specialist categories and the accolade of British Hairdresser of the Year is awarded to one very deserving person.  

To start the year with a welcome dose of creativity and inspiration, the winners and finalists’ collections from the 2021 awards are being taken on tour and will be shown in pop-up galleries across the UK – allowing hairdressers, trainees, apprentices and anyone interested in the art of hairdressing to take a closer look at the work that wowed the judges.

At each of the four venues, the work of last year’s local finalists will be shown, alongside the 2021 specialist category winners and the imagery created by the nominees for 2021 British Hairdresser of the Year. Guests will also be able to check out work from each of the finalists for last year’s Schwarzkopf Professional British Colour Technician of the Year.

As well as seeing the inspirational photoshoots in a gorgeous gallery setting, guests will be able to hear insightful talks from very special guest speakers at each event – packed full of expert advice for creating award-winning hair. Special guests include multiple award-winners Hooker & Young; Afro Hairdresser of the Year, Rick Roberts; Schwarzkopf Professional British Colour Technician of the Year, Siobhan Haug; and British Hairdresser of the Year, Robert Eaton. 

Guest will also be able to enjoy complimentary drinks and nibbles at each venue, making the tour a perfect opportunity for hair pros to catch up with industry friends, celebrate, and get inspired ahead of this year’s awards. 

Entry to the pop-up tour is free, and the event is open to everyone.
