On Monday 11th July, the 67th annual L’Oréal Colour Trophy UK Grand Final took place at the iconic Battersea Evolution, hosted by presenter Zara McDermott.
As the founding country of the longest running live hairdressing competition, the UK Grand Final delivered an unforgettable evening, showcasing the highest level of hair artistry and reminding us of the heritage surrounding L’Oréal Professionnel Paris. Judging the final looks and determining who would be crowned LCT23 winners were some of the UK’s leading creatives renowned for their own visionary works and responsible for the evolution of the UK hairdressing industry.
From competing looks to prestigious hair shows – including “OLAPEJU” by Tolu Coker x TONI&GUY Breakthrough Team and “LIMITLESS” by Luke Pluckrose of SAKS in collaboration with Giuseppe Stelitano (Trevor Sorbie), Andrea Dorata (Dorata Hairdressing), Frazer Wallace (The Haus Studio), Clare Murphy (SAKS), Sarah Clarke-Lees (SAKS) – the world-class talent and limitless creativity on show from the UK hairdressing industry was undeniable.
