Lift the hair to a level 9 for the perfect vivid pastel result.
Pre-tone for the added colour to pop!
Take fine horizontal sections working up the hair. Use a foil or meche to paint your rainbow directly onto the hair. Tension is key for precision placement!
Apply your colours, such as Pup Riot Semi Permanent Velvet (purple), Powder (blue), Lemon (yellow), Cupid (pink) and Blush.
