COLOUR STEPS
Step 1 Section four segments off the natural part. Create a small triangle from the natural part that includes the fringe.
Step 2 Begin the application in the fringe segment using Formula 1. Start at the front hairline with two back-to-back babylights and continue through the hairline, alternating babylights and slices.
Step 3 In side and back segments, weave diagonal back sections using Formula 1 and Formula 2, alternating between two highlights to one lowlight.
Step 4 Hand-paint hair in between sections with Formula 3 to brighten ends.
Step 5 Process until desired lightness, then rinse and shampoo with Paul Mitchell Color Protect Post Color Shampoo.
Step 6 Towel-dry and apply Formula 4 to tone and refine from base to ends. Process for 20 minutes.
Step 7 Rinse, shampoo with Paul Mitchell Color Protect Post Color Shampoo and condition.
