For its seventh year, RUSH Live has been raising funds for GOSH.
Bigger and better than ever, RUSH dedicated an evening to children’s hospital Great Ormond Street Hospital with its Live show. Co-founder and joint CEO Stell Andrew welcomed the audience with: “Just by being here tonight, you are helping to save someone’s child or grandchild’s life.”
Opening the show was RUSH Artistic Team member MJ’s Geomterics presentation in collaboration with L’Oréal Professionnel. Showing how colour can add new, bold dimension to a haircut, veils and hidden panels were revealed to show colourful geometric patterns.
The RUSH Colour Team then worked on the Tom Boy section of the show, displaying natural muted shades on a cooler base – much more androgynous than we have seen in past seasons.
After more shows by the Art Team and the Session Team presenting looks from RUSH collections, the evening ended with a stunning finale of all of the models from each show.
Andy Heasman, International Creative Director, brought the evening to a close by thanking all of the sponsors and the audience for helping to raise money for the worthy cause. “Tonight was about raising money for a great charity, the Great Ormond Street Hospital,” he said, “as well as sharing our creative ideas.”
